In these Terms and Conditions ("Notice"), Arya Vaishya Sanstha Pune, Pune, India, and the other member firms or associations if any of the AVSP organization shall, unless otherwise stated, be referred to herein as "AVSP".

AVSP intends to provide community and social services including Dream Program for the marriageable community youngsters to complement various services already being provided to the communities around. This Notice sets forth our privacy policy and terms of use for the website.

This site is offered to you by AVSP. Your use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions specified in this Notice, as well as those contained in the various orders released by the Government of India and compliance authorities time to time. • Provision of the services as outlined in either our communication or your engagement letter if any or Terms of Service Agreement for Services with AVSP;
• Where applicable to provided assignee program, certain summary data for monitoring purposes;
• For the maintenance of this site, including identification and verification purposes.

Data Retention and Amendments
Information collected via this site will only be kept in accordance with AVSP's data retention and disposal policies subject to any local laws, regulations and professional standards. If you would like your information to be updated, amended or deleted from our records, you can request this via the site or by notifying your AVSP contact.

No parts of the Software or other files provided to you through any download from this or a mobile app store may be reproduced in part or in whole, except that you will be entitled to make one back up copy for your own use. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
v. The Software or app is provided "as is". You agree that by accepting the terms of this agreement, you are expressly acknowledging that the use of the Software or app is at your own risk.
vi. AVSP makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and any accompanying documentation.

In no event shall AVSP or its employees or operators of site or volunteers or committee members or executives or trustees be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of image or data or profits, interruption, loss of business or personal information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the content, data, images or Software, even if AVSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability shall have no application to any liability for death or personal injury nor to any liability arising as a result of fraud on part of AVSP (or for which AVSP is vicariously liable) nor to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree not to bring any proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Services in any jurisdiction against any member of the AVSP or any Trustee or committee member or staff or associate or volunteer thereof. The user unconditionally agrees that If at all any dispute arises it will be strictly in the Legal and administrative Jurisdiction of Pune City, Maharashtra, India only.

Other Terms & Conditions
You are making donation and registering for the 14th edition of Dream - Dream 2024.
Following are the terms of conditions for making the payment and event participation -
1. The participation in Dream 2024 event is completely voluntary. Please make sure you are not participating under any force or coercion.
2. The event is meant exclusively for people from Arya Vaishya Samaj. People from other communities are not allowed to attend the event and strict legal action will be taken against anyone misrepresenting the community.
3. Registration on www.anubandh.com is pre-requisite for attending this event. By registering for this event, you are giving consent to pull your profile data from Anubandh.com to avsp.in.
4. Your profile data will be visible to other participants of the event.
5. You agree not to share any data, including that of any participant, with a third party without written consent of the organizers.
6. The organizers will take all precautions to make sure that the data is available only to the participants. All security measures have been taken while developing the system. However, the organizers will not be held responsible for any data breach due to illegal hacking or illegal activity by a participant.
7. The event is to facilitate arranged marriage with the consent of the parents. The participants are requested to value this principle.
8. You must not enforce contact with any other participants without their agreement and consent. Madhyasthi Mandal is also available to facilitate contacts. Any forced contact will attract legal action.
9. Indecent language and nudity is strictly prohibited.
10. You need to pay a donation of Total Rs. 5000/- (Rs. 3000/- for Day 1 & Rs. 2000/- for Day 2) for candidates for 2 days & Rs. 2000/- per parent/relative for Day 2 for the event participation. Part/complete refund is possible only if the event is cancelled for some unforeseen reason. No refund is possible once the payment is made under any other condition whatsoever.
11. The data will remain available for some period after the event is over. This period could be up to 3 years from the end of the event, completely at the discretion of the organizers.
12. Unlike last year this is a physical event & candidates and/or parents/relatives will have to attend the event physically at the specified venues.
13. The exact program details will be shared in the due course of time.
14. Only participants are allowed for most of the program. There will be special sessions for the parents but most of the sessions are dedicated to the participants only.
15. You need to pay online through the payment gateway. The payment gateway supports multiple ways of making payments including debit card, credit card, net banking and UPI.
16. You will get a system generated confirmation mail for your registration after making payment.
17. It may take up to 24 hours for the payment confirmation mail.
18. The organizers are only facilitating the arranged marriages by bringing the participants together. The data presented by the candidates need to be verified by you in case you are interested in taking the discussion forward. You must do the background checks, verify family details, profession details and salary details yourself. The organizers are not responsible for the accuracy of the data presented by the participants and can’t be held responsible for misrepresentation of data by any candidate(s).
19. AVSP employs standard security checks and safeguards to properly and securely manage the information and offers a multitude of options to our community members to protect the information. Whilst we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of the site, we cannot guarantee the security and integrity of the system.



General information about the event –
Yes, we are back with the 14th edition of Dream 2024.

Platform, integrated with payment gateway, to make the registration process even more efficient & touch less system – QR Codes scanning for entry & exit.

We are overwhelmed with the response received over the years for this innovative program for marriageable boys & girls. Each participant was happy & satisfied with the quality & content of the events. Survey indicated need of higher frequency of such events.

The whole program is conducted by professionals & is time bound. Last year, at the end of program, the candidates were happy with number of options of their criteria.

It is mandatory to do the registration online. No spot registrations are allowed & no entry will be allowed without valid registration. We have limited number of seats with ratio of boys & girls being equal. We will close the registration once our target number is achieved. Registration will be done on first come first served basis. In our experience, the registration gets full in a very short span of time hence we request all to take immediate steps to avoid disappointment (last year’s registrations were full in 10 days flat).

No felicitations, speeches & unrelated activities are performed or allowed. We understand the purpose & the event will be executed professionally to the fullest satisfaction of the participants. The program is designed in such a way that you will interact with maximum number of the participants.
