REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
In these Refund & Cancellations ("Notice"), Arya Vaishya Sanstha Pune, Pune, India, and the other member firms or associations if any of the AVSP organization shall, unless otherwise stated, be referred to herein as "AVSP".
AVSP intends to provide community and social services including Dream Program for the marriageable community youngsters to complement various services already being provided to the communities around. This Notice sets forth our privacy policy and terms of use for the website.
This site is offered to you by AVSP. Your use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions specified in this Notice, as well as those contained in the various orders released by the Government of India and compliance authorities time to time. Refund & Cancellations & Other Payments Terms
You are making donation and registering for the 14th edition of Dream - Dream 2024.
Following are the terms of conditions for making the payment and event participation -
1. The participation in Dream 2024 event is completely voluntary. Please make sure you are not participating under any force or coercion.
2. The event is meant exclusively for people from Arya Vaishya Samaj. People from other communities are not allowed to attend the event and strict legal action will be taken against anyone misrepresenting the community.
3. You agree not to share any data, including that of any participant, with a third party without written consent of the organizers.
4. The organizers will take all precautions to make sure that the data is available only to the participants. All security measures have been taken while developing the system. However, the organizers will not be held responsible for any data breach due to illegal hacking or illegal activity by a participant.
5. The data will remain available for some period after the event is over. This period could be up to 3 years from the end of the event, completely at the discretion of the organizers.
6. Part/complete refund is possible only if the event is cancelled for some unforeseen reason. No refund is possible once the payment is made under any other condition whatsoever.
7. Only participants are allowed for most of the program. There will be special sessions for the parents but most of the sessions are dedicated to the participants only.
8. You need to pay online through the payment gateway. The payment gateway supports multiple ways of making payments including debit card, credit card, net banking and UPI.
9. You will get a system generated confirmation mail for your registration after making payment.
10. It may take up to 24 hours for the payment confirmation mail.
11. AVSP employs standard security checks and safeguards to properly and securely manage the information and offers a multitude of options to our community members to protect the information. Whilst we use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of the site, we cannot guarantee the security and integrity of the system.

You agree not to bring any proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Services in any jurisdiction against any member of the AVSP or any Trustee or committee member or staff or associate or volunteer thereof. The user unconditionally agrees that If at all any dispute arises it will be strictly in the Legal and administrative Jurisdiction of Pune City, Maharashtra, India only.
